5th September 2025; Morigaon: The Teacher's Day was being celebrated with great grandeur and jubilation at Delta Public School, Morigaon.
The students elevated the feelings of teachers by gifting them their love filled gifts. The Head Mistress of the school, Miss Priyanka Paul, lighted the lamp and inaugurated the programme
Sir Avin Isaac D'souza, the Principal of the school addressed the students and teachers and delivered a speech on the importance of the day, the personality, philosophy and achievements of Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan whose name had been nominated 27 times for Nobel Prize for Peace.
He also stressed on the nobility of teaching profession, and said that only through the sacrifices of teachers, minds and lives can be enlightened.
Thereafter, the students entertained the teachers through their dances and songs. The whole Delta Public School danced as a family which expressed love and unity
The programme was being anchored wonderfully by Sir. Binod Gohain, the Administrator of the school.
The programme was concluded by the Principal by praying the concluding prayer.
